Re: Please don't quote ENTIRE threads!!!!!!

When 'quoting' other posters.... please do not quote the ENTIRE thread... it is VERY annoying. All you need to do is select the relevant comment to quote.... An example of being incapable of quoting is below......... Spot the difference between these two posts..... The first is one you posted.... E...

Re: Account deletion

Is it the dodgy immigrant doctor you had living in your basement, & couldn't pay the rent because the pigs were onto them?

Must be stealing your wifi, too. Cunt.

Re: SQL errors on the forum

Thanks Mick. I only asked for precise times because thanks to you slackers, the logs are rather hefty.
It's only the posts table that is being affected, which is why everything else works.

Re: Subforums

If I see 'freestyle' is orange, then I check it. Otherwise I don't bother. I like the fact that the events forum isn't orange just because someone made a random comment in a Le Mans thread or something. But to see that it's the freestyle forum that's orange, you still click on Events. Events still ...

As someone who no longer skates, I concur.

Re: Phpbb v3

Yet I don't see any of the old threads come up in a search. Is there a cache in need of refreshing?

Re: Subforums

It would probably be good for events like Le Mans, where you have multiple threads for the same instance, but I'm don't think it's too appropriate for the skates.

Steve, is there a need for all those icons along the top? (eg. FAQ, Members, Gallery)
Makes it rather busy & harder to read.

Re: Phpbb v3

Middle click? Don't think I've seen a mouse with a middle click, and certainly not something I have at work, and I have to use an old-ish version of explorer without a tabs option anyway... So no, I'm with Yoyo, I don't want a link I click on to take over the serp-road window. A link opening a new ...

Re: Phpbb v3

Hi Steve, just noticed that the forum no longer opens another when you click on a webpage link posted, but takes over the window that I was using (do I make sense?) Can I amend this through user control panel or is this a global feature? Thanks That's a good thing, surely? It means I then have cont...

Re: Photo gallery

The photos will still be on the server. If need be, you could just bulk upload them to Dan's gallery thing (which should just be able to take a tar of images).

Re: Phpbb v3

I expect it's due to the amount & of colours & how vibrant they are. Whilst the subice template is blue, it is very pale, to the point where you can't tell the difference between the whites & the blues. I also got cross-eyed from my automatically trying to check the user/avatar before re...

Re: Phpbb v3

Been speaking to Steve through PM. He's apparently planning on changing most of the things people have complained about anyway, it'll just take a bit of time to get the changes right.
