I thought chris was being a bit funny as well and said so only for him to decide to try to act superior and try to take me down a peg or two because of a typo. No jokes were made about kicking his cones and he still decided to swing his handbag at me. I think he deserves the abuse he is getting righ...

I can imagine your days must be full of burden when your spending them correcting spelling on a public forum. Certainly sounds like a hard life

cheap, pale blue, polyester shirt. A shirt which, no doubt, is tucked into the top of your tight-legged dark blue jeans. So you have noticed me hanging about on the edges, I am so flattered. You forgot to mention the knee pads over the jeans and the elbow pads which cause the shirt sleeves to puff ...

I would say it might be a bad idea to try and learn on these. I started on a pair of rollerblade boxcars and almost collapsed trying to do a street skate because of the size of the wheels and the weight, I switched on a pair of K2's and have had no problems since

There seems to be an outbreak of skating in suburban surrey, were any of you in sutton last night about half past six. You can imagine how shocked I was to see someone traveling away from London on skates on the night of the first wednesday skate.
The guy was wearing the red and black crossmax.

jk you seem to get in a lot of trouble where ever you are, between the police pulling you over and cyclists pushing you, you are a trooper for keeping on going. If a cyclist gives you abuse again can I suggest you skitch them, I cycle back from work everyday and would shit myself if someone did that...

Nope pretty sure he was a cop, the irony is that 2 wankers had just been giving me abuse for putting my skates on, I told them to wait a minute till I had them on then I was going to slap them about, just as I was getting up they were about to lay into me and he stopped them!!!

Actually, now that I think about it I did get a bit of hassle from an undercover policeman one night and it ended up in him pushing me over. Unfortunately I had about a bottle and a half of wine in me so didnt have my wits about me to clearly remeber the details. I did ask for his badge number but w...

That kind of treatment is just awful, I was wondering one thing. How old are you, not that it makes a difference to how you should be treated but I remember being 15 and getting stopped by the policewhen I was walking along the street for no obvious reason, basically them being pricks but it never h...

There are a few in Washington DC over the week. I went out with them a couple of months ago on a wednesday night and it was pretty good. Not as many people as in london maybe up to 50 in the summer they said.
One problem though, a lot of lycra was on display.........

There is nothing like skating on the streets of NYC, it never gets old. Looks like my skating in New York is not going to happen. Only there for 3 days and a non skating friend of mine has decided to come for the weekend so I will be on 2 feet instead of 8 wheels!! Although I do arrive an hour or tw...

Skating in US cities

In a few weeks time I am going to be heading to New York, Washington DC, Atlanta as well as a few other places and am thinking that taking my skates might be the best way to see the cities. Does anyone know how skating friendly these places are? Dont want to lug my skates over just to end up having ...
