If you want to brake: push your right foot forward. If you want to scissor and NOT brake, push your left foot forward (assuming the brake is on the right foot)! How is this? Question: for what exactly do you need the scissoring? And can you estimate the backward angle (lower leg relative to vertical, i.e. vertical would be zero degree) that you would practically need for scissoring before the brake is triggered?
