It is not for me. I don't want any new skates! I was only looking round and found skates under £100 and was wondering how well the work for a beginner. and I never had a full 80 set in the last five years?!? wasn't it always with the fsks that they came with two black one ins the back and two white...

What is the general opinium for Alchemy skates?
it's just about 100£ so it sounds reasonble for someone just starting of but you know me I have no idea... I'm just praying my beloved Fsk skates don't brake anytime soon

best thing to strengthen the knees is to cycle every day for 20-30 min. Idealy an exercise bike as neither surface nor the level changes. well that's what my physio said when I damaged my knee.

I had a dream last night

... doing le mans on ice skates. but it got me wondering is it possible to do agressive ice skating? slopes and half pipes and things as such.
