Yeah, he may have actually exceeded the speed rating of those.

Apparently this guy went up to 191 mph while holding onto a Porsche GT2.

Indirectly, crazy speed-camera stunt dude has probably done more for skating safety than most of us, by raising awareness and making a lot of people think pretty hard about whether or not it's a good idea to wear safety gear. Nicely done.

Same with Gaddafi influencing other leaders to not be like him. He deserves a Nobel Peace Prize.
