ThereÔÇÖs a guy called Lil' Joker who hangs around with the Lincolnshire Roller Girls (Roller Derby team). He does a lot of it and heÔÇÖs pretty good, he should know where you can get Jam Skating lessons.

HeÔÇÖs the guy with the black cap bottom left in the photo. Send them a message, I'm sure they would let him talk to you.

Hi Ellie, you're welcome to come and join us for our Yapton Village Hall sessions on Weds evenings. It's not on every week during the summer but if you're interested I can let you know when it is.

Asha (SkateFresh) holds dance classes in Brighton sometimes, not sure how often though. Otherwise it's hang out with the Hyde Park quaddies, if you're keen to learn then many of them will be glad to teach you some moves. Have a word with Skate Lisa if she's around, she's very approachable and knows everybody.

Any particular type of jam skating? Ie, if you post a vid, then it might give a better idea of who we should point you to.

Heh, would be nice to do wouldn't it?

Whereabouts in the country are you? I'm off to Northern Roll in due course (having already hit up the guy who runs it for advice, lol). It'll not cover floor moves, but stuff like toe jamming etc should be a good start :) In the mean time I have plenty to practice ...

Ellie, If you're around Brighton anytime you should come along to The Brighton Skate and meet Paul Quadster, as he has some awesome moves! He hasn't been doing it long but he's getting really good already.
