brighton ice rink now open

if you are visting brighton and have a pair of ice skates,then you can get a session for half price £6.50 with your own skats and for an outdoor rink that is a deal belive me.and its a great setting too.the royal pavillion come and have a go,skating is skating.

Does this mean if you don't have ice skates it will cost £13 per person?
Do kids get in any cheaper?

Thats ... not the going rate in this part of the country (Sheffield ... the learn to skate is 6 45 minute lessons) :|
