No stupid long journeys... no moody skaters complaining I haven't provided them with coffee (when they have been given bacon, eggs, toast and jam).... no 3am mega strops... no sorting out pizzas for 30 because everyone else is too lazy to organise themselves! No Road rash, nappy rash or Limoncello rash!!!
I bloody LOVE not going to Le Mans! (And you can get a seat in the Vic! LOL)

Last year I spent literally 20 minutes walking up and down the spirits aisle in the Le Mans Carrefour looking for the bloody Limoncello but to no avail. What has the world come to.GumbieBEN wrote:Limoncello rash!!!

Was it your first or second year that you got so drunk you failed to make the race?Acidedge wrote:GumbieBEN wrote:I'm really excited... this will be the second year in a row I get to NOT do Le Mans, and LOVE every minute of it!
Fourth year in a row for me.

Other than LSST, so far I've heard the Saturday Skate have got a team, Mit has registered a team and the maelstrom of strop that is the Misfits are looking to set up a team again.
Anyone else - Skatefresh? Nottingham?
May already be excited!

Now it is time to start organising the equipment van too. It will probably be very similar to last year - Central London pick-up on the Thursday night with St Pancras drop-off (meeting the Eurostar) on the Monday night. Details are still being worked on but we thought we'd let you know we were hoping to do this as it may affect some of your travel plans.
