Halloween Skate & After Party Sat 27th Oct

Postby Stevie B » Tue Oct 02, 2012 4:18 pm

Whoooooooo....its that time of year again, time to dress up all freaky and go scare the be-jesus out of passsers by on the annual Halloween Skate...Same drill as last year and the year before, Skate assembles opposite the bandstand, Serpentine road at 5pm on Sat 27th October and departs once its dark and or there have been enough photos and the obligotory "How are you going to skate in that outfit?" conversations. Then we skate a spooky route round central London with a halft time usualy at creepy Covent Garden before heading off for the super spookey Halloween Party at our new venue, the Star Of Kings, near Kings Cross

As ever the skate will be nmassive and massive fun, the party this year promises to be bigger than ever. Dust off the cobwebs and get spooky!

When you said it was topical, I thought it was going to be a Jimmy Savile costume

If anyone is going to be at the Vic at about 4-ish, and remembers who I am, I'll need a bit of help getting the bike off the roof and bolted together.

fankyou

[Above reliant on my weather machine, which isn't working as well as it usually does because London seems to be in a different weather stream than here.)

And half time is Trafalgar Square, not Covent Garden.

Yeah I thought the venue was a lot better suited to the amount of guests we have, and a proper dance floor with proper sound. Will be getting them to sort food out for Santa...

I think smokers preferred the Smithfield, as it's rather annoying queueing up in order to go out for a fag. If your giving up smoking wasn't going so admirably Stevie you'd have noticed. Smokers are the minority though so I could expect the majority preferred the new venue.
