Le Mans 2012 - Equipment Van

LSST have organised a van again this year to take all their kit to Le Mans. Similar to last year, we are happy to extend this facility to our friends across the London skating community. It really does make the Eurostar (or motorbike) journey that much easier not having to carry all your gear!

The arrangements will be:

Bag drop-off: the Vic on the Thursday evening (6.30/7ish)
Bag pick-up: St Pancras to meet the 21.03 arrival on the Monday evening

Charge for LSST members: £15 per bag
Charge for non-LSST members: £20 per bag

Those of you who were there last year will have seen how full the van was - we couldn't have fitted in a pocket sized pack of tissues if we'd tried! This year we have asked for a bigger one, but even still, we would ask that you let us know in advance whether you intend making use of this and for how many bags.
If we do end up "full" priority will be given to those bags we knew to expect.

Please post below (or on the LSST forum) if you plan on making use of it.

Inno needs space, because he can't put his bag in my car, so I'm confirming for him

Gibran also needs space for his tent. It's one of those big round Decathlon 2-minute ones and isn't going in my car!

can I book one place for one bag , it will be a bag that will contain most of my styuff , tent sleeping bag etc , as there is no room in the car I am going with .

Gentle reminder: The van will be picking up from the Vic on Thursday. We should be there shortly after 6.30 and hope to be gone by 7.30.

I will be there at 6.30pm as I need to make a speedy exit for a dinner date (mother in law's birthday). If anyone else is there early and the van hasn't come I might ask if I can leave my stuff and money with them so I can leave.

We won't be there at 6.30 as free parking only starts then but, traffic permitting, should be there shortly after that.
